Vocab is made by VocabTech Oy (business ID 3414437-9), Merisotilaankatu 3, 00160 Helsinki, Finland. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.
Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms. These terms add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What you get
Vocab Premium unlocks unlimited learning in Vocab: all word topics, phrase topics, stories, quizzes and, where available, speaking practice. It works on the Vocab web app and in the iOS and Android apps when you sign in with the same account.
Plans, prices and renewal
Plans are weekly, monthly and yearly. Prices are shown in your local currency, including any sales tax or VAT, before you pay; see our pricing page. There are no free trials.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change applies to your subscription.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in your Vocab account or the link in your Paddle receipt. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See our Refund Policy.
Account
A web subscription belongs to your Vocab account. If you delete your account, cancel the subscription first so you are not charged again.
