10 frases senzilles en anglès que tot principiant ha de saber (Part 2)

Continuant amb l'aprenentatge de l'anglès, és útil incorporar algunes frases bàsiques més que et seran de gran ajuda en el teu dia a dia. Aquí tens deu expressions útils que faran que les teves converses siguin més fàcils i et donaran més seguretat.

1. Excuse me. (Perdoni.)

Com utilitzar-ho:

Aquesta frase s'utilitza per cridar l'atenció, fer una petició o disculpar-se en espais públics.

Exemples:

  • "Excuse me, where is the nearest bank?" (Perdoni, on és el banc més proper?)
  • "Excuse me, can I ask you a question?" (Perdoni, puc fer-li una pregunta?)
  • "Excuse me, I need to get through." (Perdoni, necessito passar.)
  • "Excuse me, could you repeat that?" (Perdoni, podria repetir això?)
  • "Excuse me, is this seat taken?" (Perdoni, aquest lloc està ocupat?)

2. I don’t know. (No ho sé.)

Com utilitzar-ho:

Una frase molt útil quan no saps la resposta a una pregunta.

Exemples:

  • "I don’t know the answer." (No sé la resposta.)
  • "I don’t know where he is." (No sé on és.)
  • "Sorry, I don’t know how to help you." (Disculpi, no sé com ajudar-lo.)
  • "I don’t know what you mean." (No sé què vol dir.)
  • "I don’t know much about this topic." (No sé gaire sobre aquest tema.)
  • "I don’t know how to pronounce this word." (No sé com es pronuncia aquesta paraula.)
  • "I don’t know why it happened." (No sé per què va passar.)

3. What time is it? (Quina hora és?)

Com utilitzar-ho:

Molt útil quan necessites saber quina hora és.

Exemples:

  • "Excuse me, what time is it now?" (Perdoni, quina hora és ara?)
  • "Do you know what time it is?" (Saps quina hora és?)
  • "Can you tell me the time, please?" (Em pots dir l'hora, si us plau?)
  • "I’m sorry, but what time is it?" (Em sap greu, però quina hora és?)
  • "What time is our meeting?" (A quina hora és la nostra reunió?)
  • "Do you have the time?" (Tens l'hora? / Saps quina hora és?)

4. Where is the bathroom? (On és el lavabo?)

Com utilitzar-ho:

Una frase imprescindible quan viatges o estàs en espais públics.

Exemples:

  • "Excuse me, where is the bathroom?" (Perdoni, on és el lavabo?)
  • "Can you tell me where the restroom is?" (Em pot dir on és el lavabo?)
  • "Is there a bathroom nearby?" (Hi ha un lavabo a prop?)
  • "I need to find a restroom. Where is it?" (Necessito trobar un lavabo. On és?)

5. How much is this? (Quant costa això?)

Com utilitzar-ho:

Molt útil per anar de compres en botigues o mercats.

Exemples:

  • "Excuse me, how much is this?" (Perdoni, quant costa això?)
  • "How much does it cost?" (Quant costa?)
  • "What’s the price of this item?" (Quin és el preu d'aquest article?)
  • "Can you tell me the price?" (Em pot dir el preu?)
  • "Is this on sale? How much is it now?" (Està en oferta? Quant costa ara?)
  • "How much do I need to pay?" (Quant he de pagar?)
  • "What’s the total cost?" (Quin és el cost total?)
  • "How much is this per kilogram?" (Quant costa per quilo?)
  • "Is there a discount? How much is it with the discount?" (Hi ha descompte? Quant val amb el descompte?)
  • "How much for two of these?" (Quant valen dos d'aquests?)

6. Can you help me? (Em pot ajudar?)

Com utilitzar-ho:

Una frase molt útil quan necessites ajuda o informació.

Exemples:

  • "Excuse me, can you help me?" (Perdoni, em pot ajudar?)
  • "Can you help me find this address?" (Em pot ajudar a trobar aquesta adreça?)
  • "I need help. Can you assist me?" (Necessito ajuda. Em pot ajudar?)

Com utilitzar-ho:

Una frase útil per interactuar amb parlants nadius.

  • "Can you speak slowly? I’m learning English." (Pot parlar més a poc a poc? Estic aprenent anglès.)

Important en situacions d'emergència.

10. I’m just looking. (Només estic mirant.)

Com utilitzar-ho:

Molt útil en botigues quan no tens intenció de comprar res immediatament.

Exemples:

  • "I’m just looking, thanks." (Només estic mirant, gràcies.)
  • "No, thank you. I’m just looking." (No, gràcies. Només estic mirant.)
  • "I don’t need help, I’m just looking around." (No necessito ajuda, només estic mirant.)
  • "Just browsing for now, thanks." (Només estic mirant per ara, gràcies.)
  • "I’m not ready to buy yet, I’m just looking." (Encara no estic preparat per comprar, només estic mirant.)
